This Rosato's nose is both floral and fruity, while the taste remains fresh, harmonious, pleasurable, and mineral. The alcohol level is well-balanced by the overall roundness of the wine. Many believe that the translation of the term "langa" in reference to the small geographic area of the "Langhe" in Piemonte that produces this fresh and harmonious Rose, comes from the phrase"lingua di terra" or"tongue of the earth"
50-54 degrees Fahrenheit (10-12 degrees Celsius)
This pleasant and harmoniously mineral wine is an excellent choice as an aperitif wine or to accompany seafood and white meat.
